Summer is creeping up on us, is your wardrobe ready to bear the heat?
Do we even dare to ask Vogue what colors are appropriate to wear this season? Of course not, but they answered us anyway. We have to keep it light and airy so we don’t get that random under boob sweat, ladies. Vibrant colors and pastels will keep you stylish, for example lavender, rose, sky blue, light green, military green, milk white, yellow (OF COURSE!) and bright reds. This already sounds like my closet. So phew, I am in the clear.
Another spring/summer trend is trench coats. If it’s a rainy or windy day make sure to drape a trench coat over your outfit so that your inner fashionista can shine. One more style that graced the runway for summer 2018 was texture; frills, feathers, sparkles, tassels. Whatever it may be, if it has texture, make sure to sport it this summer.
Some brands that are out right now to help you spice up your summer wardrobe would be MANGO, their new line has been pretty impressive and their accessories are giving me life. From the great Miranda Presley herself “Florals, for spring, groundbreaking”, of course florals are essential to the closet, but lets just keep it at a minimum this year.
