Inclusivity is Sexy
The famous brands SavagexFenty, Everlane, and Agent Provocateur and more have been changing the lingerie industry.
Women empowerment doesn’t stop at protests and support groups it continues with our body and being comfortable with ourselves. These brands have included women of color and women of different shapes and sizes for their new campaigns. Everlane has created an all cotton basics for their new line that includes four different colors and one tank like top. The brand excludes any padding or lace to leave a woman feeling completely comfortable and still feeling sexy.
SavagexFenty has brought a new look to sexy with Rihanna’s lingerie line including sizes from extra small to 3XL and up to 44D in underwear. The inclusivity of the brand has brought a lot of attraction to Rihanna’s new SavagexFenty. Along with these new brands gaining popularity through social media outlets and celebrity faces Agent Provocateur had also launched a brand that focused on bed to streetwear including again all sizes up to a 28-44 G and all underwear sizes.
Inclusivity is important and brands are starting to evolve due to high demand in different clothing. As we move through the years most brands will realize there is a market for every woman and they don’t need to cater to only a slim kind of woman.
Hey there, just a fashion student working on herself while living her best life. Protecting my soul and drinking water. You can usually catch me with a book in my hands while wearing my head phones to silence out the noise of New York City.
