A Bachelorette Contestant Has Been Convicted of Indecent Assault
This year’s Bachelorette has already had its fair share of violence and drama per usual, and now one of Becca Kufrin’s men on the show is facing some serious assault convictions.
While most of the drama from The Bachelorette usually occurs on the show, this time the incident in question was one to occur off camera.
Lincoln Adim was convicted last month for indecent assault and battery, which has now caused him to be required to be registered legally as a sex offender.
The incident that had gone down to cause all of this drama happened in May, which was a month before the show had aired on ABC, but during the month the show had actually been filmed. Adim groped and assaulted a woman on a cruise ship in Massachusetts.
Adim is now facing one-year of house conviction and on top of that, a two year probation period. ABC has yet to comment on the entire situation. Adim’s biography on the show’s website states that Adim is from Boston and works in Sales.
