2018’s Hit Rom-Com Might Just Be Getting A Sequel

Netflix seemingly always delivers on its self-made movies, and this summer their romantic comedy Set It Up took the entire nation by storm with their quick revival of the seemingly lost famous 2000’s movie genre.

Without revealing too much for those of you who have yet to check out the film, the ending presents the viewers with a freshly starting relationship that you as a viewer only hope happens the entire extent of the film. And it was this particular relationship that left fans, and now apparently even the films cast members wanting a sequel just as much as fans.

It was reported that after filming for Set It Up ended, the cast, crew, and even director had discussed exploring a sequel that dove deeper into the new relationship between Glen Powell and Zoey Deutch’s characters.

While no one from the Set It Up crew or Netflix team has announced any official details pertaining to the official making of a second film, we can only hope that they team up again to create yet another hit summer rom-com.
