Celebrities like Rita Ora, Naomi Campbell + Marc Jacobs Collab for Adidas Pride Collection
Get ready because the “Prouder” project is taking over Adidas and your favorite pair of Sambas just got a fabulous makeover.
Although pride month is over, people all over the world are celebrating every single day. That’s why Adidas recruited celebrities like Naomi Campbell, Marc Jacob, Pharrell Williams, Rita Ora and more to help recreate their popular Samba shoe.
Designs include platform roller blades, iconic three stripes replaced by tubes of lipstick, and beautifully colored bows. These unique shoes will be put up on eBay on July 3rd for fans to bid on. The proceeds for these shoes will go to the Albert Kennedy Trust to help fight homelessness in the LGBTQ community.
DJ Fat Tony has teamed up with Adidas to help with this project. On his Instagram, he states that the project is a “step towards breaking down barriers.”
