Charlie Puth Drops ‘The Way I Am’ Music Video
Charlie Puth’s “The Way I Am” music video is out now.
Charlie Puth came out with his sophomore album Voicenotes last month. It is filled with a mixture of pop bangers and soft melodies, beginning with the song “The Way I Am.” It is a pop song layered with jagged electric guitar riffs.
The music video was released July 9th. In it, Charlie Puth is seen alone in a crowded setting. The video is filmed with many time lapses and throwback ’90s effects in mind. It has been widely received and is already creeping towards 2 million views within 24 hours.
Following the music video’s release, Puth tweeted out “jungkook look” with a link to his music video. Fans went crazy over this tweet directed at Jungkook, a member of the k-pop superstar band BTS. Jungkook has covered Charlie Puth’s songs before and has stated his respect and liking for the fellow artist’s music.
