‘Real Housewives’ Stars Surprise Lea Michele on ‘Ellen’

While guest hosting an episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Lea Michele gets a surprise visit from two Real Housewives stars.

Michele, who has previously admitted to her obsession with reality television, first views a heartfelt birthday message from Kyle Richards and Lisa Rinna, who star on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. In the clip, the two women wish Lea a happy birthday and compliment her interviewing skills as a guest host on Ellen.

But it turns out the party doesn’t end there. Richards and Rinna actually surprise the GLEE star in studio, carrying flowers and champagne in celebration of the actress’ 32nd birthday.

In their interview, Kyle Richards and Lisa Rinna dish several exciting announcements about the upcoming ninth season of The Real Housewives. They announce that filming for the new season has already begun, and confirm that Denise Richards will be joining the cast. The two women also discuss the rewards and challenges of filming a reality show that features many strong personalities.
