‘Twilight’ Hits Theaters Again for 10th Anniversary
10 years have passed since we were first introduced to the on-screen romance between the demure Bella Swan, and the sparkly-skinned vampire, Edward Cullen, in their small town of Forks, Washington.
It’s time to revisit Forks one last time. In honor of the 10-year anniversary, Twilight will be reappearing in theaters once again for a special two-day screening.
The film was initially released in 2008, adapted from romance novel of the same name by Stephenie Meyer. The movie quickly developed into a saga, with a growing fandom that contained both #TeamEdward and #TeamJacob supporters. No matter what team, that fandom will be brought back together on October 21st in celebration.
To further celebrate the anniversary, Lionsgate is additionally releasing a special 4K HD Combo Pack DVD for each of the saga’s films, available for pre-order now.
