Oatmeal and Coconut Oil Face Mask

Oatmeal holds pH balancing properties while coconut oil has antifungal and antibacterial properties. When you combine the two you get an acne fighting mask without throwing off your natural levels.

You will need:

  • Coconut oil
  • Plain Oatmeal
  • Warm water

Recipe:

  • Combine three tablespoons of oatmeal with 1/4 cup of warm water. Mix until you create a paste.
  • Add one tablespoon of coconut oil to the paste and mix.
  • Prewash your face and apply mixture for 10-15 minutes.
  • Rinse and pat dry.

Grape and Flour Face Mask

Grapes are good for more than just the taste. Acting as a natural exfoliator, grapes can also help remove dead skin. Combined with the flour, it creates a source of vitamin E to exfoliate but also lock in your skins natural hydration.

You will need:

  • 12 grapes (green or red)
  • Flour

Recipe:

  • Mash the grapes in a medium size mixing bowl until it creates a paste.
  • Add one tablespoon of flour and mix thoroughly.
  • Prewash your face and apply mixture for 10-15 minutes.

Banana, Honey and Yogurt Face Mask

You will need:

  • One ripe banana
  • Natural Honey
  • Plain yogurt

Recipe:

  • Mash banana in a medium size mixing bowl until it creates a paste.
  • Add 1/4 cup of yogurt and one tablespoon of honey. Mix thoroughly
