BTS Makes History at Citi Field Stadium

Teamwork makes the dream work.
In 2014, the K-Pop Kings held their first solo concert with approximately 5,000 people. In 2018, BTS performed at Citi Field Stadium in front of 50,000 people.

BTS remains undefeated. While the group is gathering more and more fans each year, they have stuck to their undeniable mission, and that is their music and its message.
You could tell how surreal the moment was for the boys as they looked over the crowd of 50,000 fans screaming their name and lyrics to their songs.
Sending hugs to our Jimin😭 You did a great job, you’ve worked hard to be this far. You deserve so many love and hugs😭😭😭 Cry if you want to cry, we will always be by your side#Hugs4Jimin#JIMIN #지민 @BTS_twt pic.twitter.com/UiJMF1S27i

BTS’ Jimin broke down when he was overwhelmed with the overall realization that yes, he made it. Fans were quick to tell the BTS main dancer not to cry. They even started a #HugsForJimin tag in support.
back in 2015, Jimin cried because it was the first time they won first place for a music show.
now in 2018, Jimin is crying because it’s the first time BTS, or any other Korean act, has performed and sold out a US Stadium Show.

The road has not been an easy one, but they persevered. BTS has proven that they are bigger than the hype.
