In an acoustic performance of the tune, Dodie demonstrates raw emotion and vulnerability. She sings and plays piano while backed by a small orchestra. The live version of the song is even more hauntingly beautiful than the original.

“If I’m Being Honest” is the second release from the singer’s upcoming EP, Human, which will be available in early January 2019. The title track was released this past September.
