Incoming: New Series ‘Abby’s’ Makes It’s Way to NBC

There’s a new comedy on the scene.

Actress Natalie Morales stars in the new series as the lead character, Abby.

Coming from the creators of The Good Place, New Girl, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and Superstore (Michael Schur and Josh Malmuth), Abby’s is sure to be a laugh.

The show takes place in Abby’s San Diego backyard where she runs an unlicensed bar, servicing locals in the area. The ex-marine staff sergeant doesn’t take any mess from her patrons. She doesn’t allow cell phones at her place and if a challenge is lost someone is drinking a frilly drink that doesn’t include beer!

Abby’s regulars are played by a seasoned casts of comics and actors including, Neil Flynn, Jessica Chaffin, Leonard Ouzts, Kimia Behpoornia, and Nelson Franklin. There’s sure to be some good times at Abby’s.
