It Has Been 13 Years Since Miley Cyrus’ Debut on ‘Hannah Montana’
It seemed like it was just yesterday that we were watching the show.
Hannah Montana was a vital part of our childhoods. We would always watch it after school and on the weekends. It gave us hits like “Nobody’s Perfect” and “The Best of Both Worlds”. The show also gave us funny and iconic catchphrases (“Sweet Niblets” ring a bell?). When the show ended, it devastated us but it did give way to Miley Cyrus’s amazing career and allowed her to become one of our favorite artists. Now, the show’s pilot episode has just hit its 13th year anniversary and Miley posted a sweet throwback photograph to commemorate it. It appeared to be a newspaper photograph of her leaving Nashville for LAX to star in Hannah Montana.

Miley’s dad, Billy Ray Cyrus also posted a throwback photo of the cast, which included himself, Miley, Emily Osment, Mitchel Musso, and Jason Earles. He even captioned it with his iconic line from the show, “Dang Flabbit”. The photo immediately brought back flashbacks of all the hilarious scenes and, of course, the unforgettable fashion at the time.
This 13 year anniversary has us feeling nostalgic so we’ll most likely be rewatching Hannah Montana episodes all week.
