Lady Gaga was a secret headliner for the official opening of Apple Park. Apple Park is Apple’s new campus that was opened in April of 2017. The campus looks like a huge glass spaceship that wraps around to form a giant circle.
The park added some color recently to its gray technological-look with a rainbow stage. The rainbow stage was right in the heart of the park, and it’s where Lady Gaga took the stage to sing some of her beloved hits. One hit she sang was her 2008 song “Poker Face” in a shiny, metallic body suit. Another song the singer belted was “Shallow” from the 2018 movie A Star is Born.
Her performance was not only a celebration of the campus but also a celebration of the late co-founder of Apple, Steve Jobs. Apple’s CEO, Tim Cook, tweeted about the event saying, “We came together today in the home you imagined for us, and celebrated your spirit. We love you, Steve.”
