“Bad Guy” was released as the fifth single from Eilish’s debut studio album When We Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? The song has been compared to the work of The White Stripes, Lorde, and Fiona Apple. Billie Eilish has been noticed as a sort of younger, rowdy sibling of Lorde, as well as a symbol of where pop music is heading for younger generations and into the future.
