Kim Petras debuted her spooky Halloween themed album, Turn off the Light in celebration of October 1st.
Kim Petras has delivered another spooky Halloween project this year, in celebration of October this year. Her last project, “Turn off the Light Vol.1, in 2018 started Petras’s dark pop Halloween era, featuring eight different Halloween titled pop hits. Petras’s most popular song “Turn off the Light” is a chart-topper that featured Halloween’s gothic actor, Elvira, Mistress of the Dark. The single from her 2018 project became a fan favorite, especially the artwork and the EP vinyls released with the record.
Petra’s latest album “Turn off the Light” features seventeen songs and similar to the EP, includes spooky Halloween titles. The album also features her collaboration with Elvira, and dance, electronic, pop hits.
Fans have been desperately waiting for the arrival of her Halloween album, to get excited for Halloween. Since the release of the album on October 1st, Turn off the light is currently number two on pop albums and number seven in all genres on iTunes in the U.S.
With the release of Turn Off the light, many fans are officially feeling the spooky season. Fans on Twitter have expressed their excitement and reviews of the album.

Fans of Petras and pop aren’t the only ones enjoying Petras’s Turn off the Lights album. YouTubers like Tyler Oakley and Rupaul Drag Queen Season 10 winner, Aquaria, are enjoying the album. Aquaria even posted a picture on Instagram encouraging people to listen to Petras’s album in the caption while wearing Moschino’s Halloween themed Spring/Summer collection.
