Dove Cameron Stars in The Light in the Piazza at LA Opera

Dove Cameron is starring in this enchanting musical that you don’t want to miss.

Cameron is making her debut with the LA Opera in the Tony Award-winning musical The Light in the Piazza. The musical follows a mother, Margaret Johnson, and her daughter, Clara, as they take a trip to the beautiful city of Florence, Italy in the summertime of 1953. While taking in the breathtaking city, Clara meets a mysterious and handsome young man, Fabrizio Naccarelli, pursuing his dreams and they instantly fall in love. However, Clara hides a family secret that will test their love.

Dove Cameron will be sharing the spotlight with none other than Reneé Fleming, an amazing American soprano opera singer, who is set to play her mother.

Theater star Rob Houchen and award-winner Brian Strokes Mitchell will also be starring alongside the pair as Fabrizio Naccarelli and Signor Naccarelli. The spectacular cast also includes Marie McLaughlin, Celinde Schoenmaker, Malcolm Sinclair, Liam Tamne, Matthew Woodyatt, Rhona McGregor, and many more.
