Grammy award-winning singer H.E.R has shown yet again just why her fans adore her. She recently released a new video for her song, “Slide”, on YouTube. This newest artwork features some killer dance moves, as well as includes rapper YG.
The singer debuted this single at her inaugural Lights Out festival. The music festival is typically held in Concord, California, and this time, H.E.R dropped a new selection of music for fans. The album contained a mix of old and new songs to chew on while waiting for even more new content from the artist.
This song shares a similar tone to the rest of her album, conveying a very laid back mood. The artists new music video certainly displays a more playful side to the singer. H.E.R, real name Gabriella Wilson, proudly represents her Bay roots in the lyrics and at the end of the video. Here she makes those around her resound a signature Bay area call.
