‘SG2’ Coming Soon: Selena Gomez Announces New Album Release Date
Selena Gomez finally reveals the release date for her new, emotional third studio album; set to tell the stories from past relationships and everyday life.
Selena Gomez has gone through a lot in the past couple of years from her battle with lupus, a kidney transplant surgery, and recent breakups. Gomez is set to unveil everything she’s been through with an emotional studio album, SG2, as it is temporarily titled.
Gomez officially announced the date of the project, which is for now titled, SG2, to release Jan. 10, 2020. The new album is set to be a diary of Gomez’s life from recent years revealing everything we want to know about her. In the announcement on Gomez’s Twitter, she said the official tracklist, artwork, and the title is soon to come.

Before the official announcement, Gomez announced something big was coming when she posted a clip of black and white photos from her present and past.

Although the announcement comes as a surprise to some, “Selenators” were already speculating the album announcement was closer than people would think. Make sure to keep an eye out for Selena’s new album in early Jan. 2020.
