The 77th Annual Golden Globes honoring the best in American Film and Television was hosted in Beverly Hills, California on Jan. 5, 2020.
Big winners of the night included 1917 which was named Best Motion Picture Drama. This film directed by Sam Mendez is about two young British Soldiers who are given a dangerous mission to deliver a message deep into enemy territory. Use your phone to get a 3D view and explore the trenches below.
Renée Zellweger, was awarded Best Actress in a Motion Picture Drama for her role in Judy. In the film, Zelleweger portrays the actress Judy Garland who has arrived in London 30 years after The Wizard of Oz. The film is now available for purchase.

Joaquin Phoenix took the award for Best Actor in a Motion Picture Drama for his role in Joker. The movie shows Arthurs Fleek’s descent into madness which ultimately leads to him becoming the joker. During his acceptance speech, Phoenix thanked his friend Tom for convincing him to take the role and for being a source of encouragement throughout.
