Adam Lambert is giving back through the launch of a new foundation.

On Instagram Tuesday, Lambert announced the launch of his Feel Something Foundation, whose mission is to support LGBTQ+ organizations “that are moving the needle for communities of all ages and backgrounds,” he wrote.

The Foundation’s goal is to provide support for the problems and concerns that disproportionately affect the community. The plan is to alleviate these issues by working with charities with a mission or project that focuses on the LGBTQ+ community in the matters of education and the arts, homelessness, suicide prevention and mental health.

Lambert and his organization also seek to eliminate the use of “coming out” to denote a person who is only trying to be themselves.

The foundation is also planning an upcoming fundraiser for fans of Lambert and his original sense of style. Participants will have the chance to bid on some of the most noteworthy items from the singer’s wardrobe.

If you need more Lambert in your life, the entertainer released his newest project, EP VELVET: Side A (The Live Sessions) on January 10. You can check out the six-track EP on Apple Music, and listen to more of what the philanthropic performer has to offer.
