Find Out How Rapper 2 Chainz Got Involved In Relief Efforts Amid the Pandemic
Hip-hop rapper 2 Chainz is giving back to his hometown by donating meals to healthcare workers fighting the coronavirus pandemic in the Atlanta metro area.
The healthcare workers of Southern Regional Medical Center received a surprise from 2 Chainz and his business partner Mychel “Snoop” Dillard.
The pair donated hundreds of meals to the facility’s employees that have been putting their lives on the line in order to save and improve the health of patients infected by COVID-19 (coronavirus).
2 Chainz’s and Mychel Dillard’s donation efforts came from their Escobar Restaurant and Tapas Lounge.

In addition to the rapper donating meals to Southern Regional Medical Center, he and TRU Foundation brought meals to families and health care workers of the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Pediatric Hospital.
Founded in 2016, 2 Chainz’s TRU Foundation’s motto is that they “are dedicated to promoting balanced, respectful and enriched relationships and aim to create life changing moments and help build a positive outcome for our young generation.”
2 Chainz’s donation efforts adds his name to a list of celebrities who have been and still are donating and initiating campaigns to support COVID-19 relief efforts, including those in society who perhaps need more support than others mentally and financially.
