A surprising email update from Lorde reveals that she has been busy in the studio producing some “good ******* work” since Dec. 2019.
Lorde first came into the spotlight after she released her smash hit “Royals” back in 2013. The song sold approximately 10 million units world-wide, and is one of the best-selling singles of all-time. See the tease for the new album, below.

Following in her first albums’ success, Lorde released her second album, Melodrama, in 2017. The album debuted at number-one on the Billboard 200 chart, selling around 109,000 copies in its first week.
Now, she is in the studio working on her third album with singer, songwriter, and producer Jack Antonoff, who also helped her work on her second album.
After fans read the email, they went crazy on Twitter. They even managed to get Lorde to trend for ten hours straight. Most fans couldn’t contain their excitement for the album and starting making fan edits.

One fan even suggested to get her previous album Melodrama back on the iTunes charts to show Lorde how excited they are.
