Listen to Vanessa Morgan’s and Drew Ray Tanner’s First Single
If you’re a fan of Riverdale, then you definitely won’t want to miss out on Vanessa Morgan’s and Drew Ray Tanner’s first single.
Both Morgan and Tanner have been involved with music since a young age, and when they meet each other on the sets of Riverdale, that was something they mutually bonded over. Vanessa Morgan started singing classical ballads at weddings when she was 5 years old, and Drew Ray Tanner formed a rap group friend, where he was able to practice songwriting and producing skills.
The name of their band is These Girls These Boys. The first single, that was just released, is called “Sleep When I’m Dead.” It was written last summer, and it’s the first of the six songs that they are releasing as an EP this year.
Check out the video below that was made by musician, Rob Fidel, during quarantine. The video is an animated version of the song, that was drawn frame by frame, different from anything we’ve ever seen before.
Morgan and Tanner said that the inspiration for the song was to keep your friends close and to live every moment of your life to its fullest. Don’t miss out on this single, and add it to your quarantine playlist today.
