Lady Gaga Shares a Powerful Call to Action in Support of the Black Lives Matter Movement
Lady Gaga took to social media this week to post a statement about the injustices occurring towards the Black community in America.
Gaga posted a heartfelt letter to her followers urging them to support Black Lives Matter. The singer called out President Trump for his racism and ignorance urging fans to see the corruption of the American Government system.

The letter consists of Gaga’s disgust, sadness, and anger over the events of not only George Floyd, but all of the Black lives that have been taken due to racism. The star speaks to her privilege as a white woman and promises to speak out and act out in support of the Black Lives Matter Movement. She also chose to postpone her listening party for her new album Chromatica out of respect.
