Halsey Is Proud of the Way Her Brother Is Supporting the Black Lives Matter Movement and Here’s Why

The popular singer took to Instagram yesterday, posting a photo of her and her brother Sevian Frangipane.
In the caption, Halsey praised the way he’s shown his support for the Black Lives Matter movement. She continued her post with a reminder to her fans about the importance of being an ally during these times. She urged them to listen to those in the Black community who wish to speak and to extend compassion as they tell you their stories.
Following the death of George Floyd, Halsey has been actively using her platform to call for racial justice while providing resources to get involved on her social media.
She has also been participating in several Black Lives Matter protests. On May 30, she took to Twitter to share her experience as part of one of the protests in California:
