In her most recent Instagram post, Smalls implored the fashion industry to do more than just “post a black square” or promise that they’ll “do better.” She continued to thank those who have recognized her natural beauty and talent throughout her modeling career and announced that she will be donating 50% of her salary toward Black Lives Matter organizations for the remainder of 2020.
