Watch David Henrie and Gregg Sulkin Discuss a Possible ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ Reunion in a New YouTube Video
Get ready for a trip down memory lane alongside David Henrie and Gregg Sulkin, best known for their work on the Disney Channel original series, Wizards of Waverly Place.
David Henrie and Gregg Sulkin might have met on the set of Wizards of Waverly Place back in the late 2000s, but lucky for us, they have been friends ever since.
The former Wizards of Waverly Place co-stars recently got together to watch old clips from the series and react to them for a new YouTube video on Sulkin’s channel.
Henrie played Justin Russo, the oldest and wisest of the Russo Family Wizards, while Sulkin played the lovable werewolf boyfriend of Justin’s sister, Alex.
The duo reminisced over their memories from behind-the-scenes, laughed over storylines, and even teased a possible reunion.
Henrie was honest in saying that he has been talking with some people about getting something together, including Selena Gomez, who starred alongside Henrie and Sulkin as the kind-hearted, but mischief-causing Alex Russo.
“I’ll say that there is a lot of goodwill. I don’t think anyone is opposed to the idea, but I think it is a matter of time. It could be tomorrow, it could be a year from now. I would say that there is reasonable hope that there will be a reunion one day,” Henrie explained with a smile.
Like many of us, Sulkin’s face lit up. “I would be so humbled, so privileged, and I couldn’t think of anything better than working again with David Deluise, Maria [Canals-Barrera], Jennifer Stone, Jake T. Austin, and Selena,” he added.
Fans rushed to post on social media to express their own love for the show and their need for an eventual reunion or a possible reboot.

Sulkin went on to tell viewers about some funny moments that he improvised on the show, while Henrie told viewers about the hours-long process of being turned into a werewolf.
Wizards of Waverly Place is clearly one of the most beloved shows of all time, but it is also one of the most successful.
The final episode, “Who Will Be the Family Wizard,” is the most-watched finale of all time of Disney Channel original series, and it still remains as the third most-watched episode on the network.
If you want updates on a reunion or more Wizards of Waverly Place content, stay tuned to Gregg Sulkin’s YouTube channel and David Henrie’s Instagram, since they seem to have a few of the answers that fans have been begging for.
