“My Future” will be Billie’s first release since “No Time To Die,” the soon to be James Bond theme song, as well as 2019 hit single, “Everything I wanted.”

While we currently have limited details on what to expect from this single, in an episode of me & dad radio, which features Billie and her father, she mentioned tracks that inspired her growing up. “This is my favourite Avril song ever, a very big song from my childhood as well as ‘Complicated,” Billie said in me & dad radio on Apple Music.

Billie emphasized Brittany Spears’ songs, specifically “One More Time.'” “This is an incredible song. Dude, this era of Britney was just mind-blowing. Shout out to Britney too, because lately, she’s been… Or since I was on Instagram, which was weeks ago now, she posted a couple of videos to my songs and I almost pooped my pants. So I love you, Britney. But this one, this is a classic. Everybody knows ‘Baby One More Time’. I used to dance in the living room to this on my tiny little horrible speaker. Let’s go. Let’s go, Britney,” said Billie in me & dad radio on Apple Music.

Earlier this year, Billie confirmed that fans can expect to see a new album and a documentary later this year.

As we can see, Billie has exciting plans in the works for her fans. Follow Billie on Instagram for more teasers on “My Future,” and tune in here for the full episode of me & dad radio.
