It has been 136 days since the murder of #BreonnaTaylor. “The LMPD investigation was centered around 2 men suspected of selling drugs in a different residence, located more than 10 miles away from Breonna’s apartment. Breonna’s current partner, Kenneth Walker, had no felony charges at the time. Breonna had no criminal history and was an EMT. The cops were not in uniform. The LMPD said the officers had no body cams on despite being assigned them.” (Forbes) “At the time of the intrusion, the suspect of the larger narcotics case, Jamarcus Glover, was arrested at 12:40 a.m., the same time police entered the apartment complex.” (Courier Journal) “As officers #JONATHANMATTINGLY, #BRETTHANKINSON, and #MYLESCOSGROVE battered the door, Walker called 911 believing it was a burglary- not a drug raid. The police claimed to have identified themselves, Walker and multiple first hand witnesses present at the scene, such as neighbors, claim contrary. The officers were not in uniform. A licensed gun owner, Walker shot in self defense as the door open. Mattingly was hit in the leg once. In response the police shot 25 times which Breonna Taylor was shot 8 times. Walker did not restrain arrest when the intruders were identified as police. No drugs were found in the apartment.” Please join me in contacting the Kentucky Attorney General #DanielCameron and URGE them to arrest officers JONATHAN MATTINGLY, BRETT HANKINSON, and MYLES COSGROVE. Everyone seeing this can do so by clicking the link in my bio – The Attorney’s contact. Breonna has over 10 million signatures on her change.org petition and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. We need to keep saying her name! #JusticeForBreonna #RP @adriennebailon ✊🏾

“It has been 136 days since the murder of #BreonnaTaylor,”  said Porsha in her Instagram post.

Porsha retold the incident that took place on March 13th, explaining that the police rammed Breonna’s door, looking for two people suspected of selling drugs, in which Breonna was not one of them. Breonna’s boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, believed it was a robbery break-in at the time and used self-defense by shooting his licensed gun. The police officer immediately fired back 25 shots, striking Breonna 8 times. Porsha ended her post by calling on her followers to join her in the fight for Breonna Taylor.

“Please join me in contacting the Kentucky Attorney General #DanielCameron and URGE them to arrest officers JONATHAN MATTINGLY,  BRETT HANKINSON, and MYLES COSGROVE. Everyone seeing this can do so by clicking the link in my bio – The Attorney’s contact. Breonna has over 10 million signatures on her change.org petition and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. We need to keep saying her name!,” Porsha said.

Porsha Williams stood alongside protesters outside of Kentucky attorney general Daniel Cameron’s house, in support of Breonna Taylor. She also had the pleasure of meeting Tamika Palmer, the mother of Breonna.

“For me, love is an action word. I can’t just sit at home, post on Instagram, etc, and feel like I’m doing something to help this push forward. This entire situation needs to be escalated to the next level and for me whatever it takes to make that happen, I will happily be a part of that. I happily sacrifice myself and my freedom in that moment to raise awareness for Breonna Taylor,” Williams said in a statement on MSBNC’s The Beat.

Porsha Williams will not stop until justice is served.
