Jared Leto Will Play Andy Warhol in Upcoming Movie
Jared Leto recently announced the exciting news via Instagram, adding a sweet detail to this news by posting it on the birthday of Andy Warhol.
Leto’s amazing character skills were last demonstrated in The Suicide Squad (2016) when he played the role of The Joker. His admirable character delivery can be seen throughout more of his films, such as The Dallas Buyers Club (2013) and Requiem For a Dream (2000).
After the outstanding talent Leto has shown us, there is no doubt he will portray Warhol perfectly. Warhol was often misunderstood by his slightly bizarre personality, which Leto is no stranger to acting-wise. Coincidentally enough, the same year Leto played The Joker was the same year the star was first connected to an Andy Warhol biopic. In 2016, Leto acquired the rights to the Warhol biopic, based on the 1989 book Warhol: The Biography, by Victor Bockris.

It is not yet known if it will be the same film that was teased 4 years ago.
Warhol was an extraordinary art genius that always stayed true to his dreams and ideas. He was a commercial illustrator who turned into an icon after painting a can of soups. Leto gives us hope into a promising portrayal of one of the most influential characters in art.
