Sour Patch Kids Announces Halloween Nail Polish With Sally Hansen

Dentists may advise you to stay away from candy this Halloween, but Sally Hansen has the perfect solution just in time for the spooky holiday.
The beauty company has partnered with Sour Patch Kids to create a new line of polish based on their most popular flavors. The seven bold colors are available at Ulta Beauty, Walgreens, and Amazon for $6 a bottle.
Colors include Ghouls Night Out, Pump-kid, and Hallogreen, along with the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri formula, which is said to dry in just 60 seconds. It also has a built-in base and topcoats.

“We are so excited to partner with Sour Patch Kids, the perennial candy favorite that represents fun and playfulness,” Sally Hansen’s vice president of global marketing, Celia Tombalakian, said in a statement. “Our limited-edition collection brings to life the vibrant colors of the Sour Patch Kids in our best-selling Insta-Dri formula.”
“The spooky, quick-drying shades arrive just in time for Halloween – the perfect occasion for DIY nails,” she added.
“The collaboration between Sour Patch Kids and Sally Hansen is based on a true consumer insight as our super fans are already painting their nails the colors of our candy,” said Sour Patch Kids associate director of marketing Mili Laddha in a statement. “We’re truly excited by the partnership and possibilities.”
Sally Hansen recently made headlines for their new Snapchat filter, which let users “try on” different shades of nail polish. The filter featured the company’s Miracle Gel Nail polishes in shades like Deep Sea Diamond, Sunken Treasure, and Holla-gram. A link was also provided to Ulta Beauty’s website to purchase any shades the user liked.
We are excited to see the new nail polishes this Halloween season and can’t wait to see what spooky creations are made with them.
