ABC Is Using ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ and ‘Station 19’ to Appreciate Healthcare Workers and Frontline Responders
ABC is calling for frontline workers to send in their selfies to the Station 19 and Grey’s Anatomy Twitter pages for a chance to be featured in a special promo for the shows.
In a tweet made by the official Station 19 and Greys Anatomy accounts, it was announced that ABC was looking to honor healthcare workers and frontline responders. They instructed fans to direct message a selfie in their uniform for the chance to get featured in a special promo for Grey’s Anatomy and Station 19.
ABC wants to show appreciation for all frontline workers. If you’re a healthcare worker or frontline responder, DM us a selfie in uniform and we may include it in a special promo for #GreysAnatomy and #Station19 featuring real frontline heroes. Thank you for all that you do!

Grey’s Anatomy, arguably the most popular medical drama, is an award-winning show receiving five Emmy awards that has been on the air since 2005. The show is a fan-favorite all over the world, encapsulating watchers into a steamy, dramatic world of doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital hospital. Station 19 is a recent show debuting in 2018, which follows the lives of fire-fighters and frontline workers in the Seattle area. The two shows have done crossovers since Station 19 started.
There will be an upcoming crossover episode between Grey’s Anatomy and Station 19 airing on November 12. Station 19 will be on at 8 PM and Grey’s Anatomy comes on at 9 PM.
