Joe Biden Refuses in Person Debate if Trump Still Is Infected With COVID-19
Joe Biden announced his refusal to partake in the second presidential debate if President Trump is still infected with COVID-19.
Democratic nominee and former Vice President, Joe Biden, announced that he will not be partaking in future debates with President Donald Trump while still infected with COVID-19.

Biden told reporters in Maryland: “Well, I think if he still has Covid, we shouldn’t have a debate. I think we’re gonna have to follow very strict guidelines. Too many people have been infected, and it’s a very serious problem.” Biden further clarified, “And so I’ll be guided by the guidelines of the Cleveland Clinic, and what the docs say is the right thing to do — if and when he shows up for debate.”
The second debate was set in Miami, Florida, at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami. Originally, the discussion was to take place at the University of Michigan. Still, due to concerns about maintaining public health safety standards in light of the pandemic, it has backed out of being the host of the debate. Biden made the statement: “I’m looking forward to being able to debate him. But I hope all the protocols are followed, what’s necessary at the time.”
