Billie Eilish Wins Again at This Year’s Billboard Music Awards

Congratulations to Billie Eilish on her success at this year’s Billboard Music Awards.

At only 18 years old, Eilish has accomplished an outstanding amount of achievements in her lifetime. She has won four Grammys, two American Music Awards, two Teen Choice Awards, and the list keeps going on.

This year, at the 2020 Billboard Music Awards, Eilish won Top New Artist, Top Female Artist, and Top Billboard 200 Album for When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?

As she accepted her award from Nicole Richie, Eilish walked on stage wearing a face mask that matched not only her outfit but her nails as well.

For the Top New Artist Award, Eilish won against DaBaby, Lil Nas X, Lizzo, and Roddy Ricch. For Top Female Artist, she beat out artists such as Ariana Grande, Halsey, Lizzo, and Taylor Swift. Lastly, for the Top Billboard 200 Album, Eilish won against top major artists Post Malone, Khalid, Drake, and Taylor Swift.

As she was accepting the award she said, “Oh dang it’s heavy. Thank you guys so much, this is amazing. I want to say thank you to the fans. Thank you for believing in me and caring about me. I don’t know why you do.”

Eilish continued by saying, “I never take these for granted. It is always a shock when I win anything at all. Thank you, Billboard. Thank you guys, I love you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

Eilish is an amazing young woman that people of all ages look up to as an idle. We can’t wait to see what she accomplishes in the future.
