BTS Performs ‘Dynamite’ for the Billboard Music Awards Using an All-Black Band, Takes Home Two Awards

Top Korean boyband BTS won two awards at this year’s BMAs, before performing their hit song, “Dynamite.”
BTS has dominated Billboard’s chart with their song “Dynamite” for an impressive three weeks. The song is upbeat and energetic and was released earlier than expected to help lift fans through the pandemic’s struggles. BTS has been staying active in the music industry despite COVID-19, with a recent collaboration with Jason Derulo’s “Savage Love (Laxed Siren Beat)(BTS Remix).” BTS member Suga, was even featured in MAX’s “Blueberry Eyes.”
On October 15, the boyband performed their song “Dynamite” remotely from South Korea for the Billboard Music Awards.

The seven members Jin, Jimin, RM, Jungkook, V, J-Hope, and Suga, showcase perfect choreography, alongside sporting classic red suits to go along with their disco-pop song. Take a look at their amazing performance.
BTS even used an all-Black band for their performance. Fans from all over showed their support for this incredible decision. BTS is always ready to support the Black community, as back in June they donated $1 million to the Black Lives Matter Movement.
It hit me hard that an all-Korean group was backed by an all-Black band and vocalists…performing #DYNAMITE (which hit No. 1 on the U.S. charts)…at Incheon Airport, which is a gateway to so many countries…🧨https://t.co/oSh4hP05TI @BTS_twt #BTSxBBMAs #BTS_Dynamite
