On Monday morning, Reese Witherspoon surprised fans with the reveal of a virtual Legally Blonde reunion for her YouTube channel.

The production company, titled Hello Sunshine, was created by Witherspoon back in 2016. Now, the actress is using the company’s YouTube platform to raise money for charity. Witherspoon is rounding up the original cast of the classic film Legally Blonde in order to do a fundraiser for World Central Kitchen.

The reunion, which was previously filmed for the event, will be released on Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine channel on Tuesday, October 20 at 6:15 PM ET/3:15 PM PT.

SNL star Chloe Fineman is hosting the event with Witherspoon (Elle Woods) and her fellow castmates Luke Wilson (Emmett Richmond), Selma Blair (Vivian Kensington), Matthew Davis (Warner Huntington III), Jessica Cauffiel (Margot), Jennifer Coolidge (Paulette Bonafonté), Ali Larter (Brooke Taylor Windham), Holland Taylor (Professor Stromwell), and Alanna Ubach (Serena McGuire).

The 2001 film, based on Amanda Brown’s novel by the same name, earned two Emmy nominations, including Best Actress: Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for Witherspoon’s portrayal of Elle. Recently, the movie celebrated its 20th anniversary.

In her social media announcement, Witherspoon teased a reconciliation between her character and her onscreen ex-boyfriend Warner, with the caption, “Don’t you want to see if Elle & Warner finally make up?”

Online, fans are celebrating the newly revealed reunion by sharing their reactions on Twitter.

The reunion will premiere exclusively on Hello Sunshine’s official YouTube channel tomorrow and we can’t wait to watch.
