Harry Styles took to Twitter on October 27 to tell his followers who he would vote for if he could vote in the current U.S. Election.

He writes, “If I could vote in America, I’d vote with kindness.” While Styles has not always used his platform to promote politics, he has used his Instagram to voice support for the Black Lives Matter movement.

The tweet was liked over one million times and was mentioned in over 306k other tweets. Celebrities have used social media to endorse candidates like Taylor Swift, Hailey Bieber, and Billie Eilish. Styles is not the only member of One Direction to post a tweet about voting this November as Niall Horan tweeted as well.

The tweet has received both positive and negative comments. However, the main message about voting is certainly loud and clear.

YouGov is an organization that operates worldwide to collect data from world citizens on popular topics. In a recent poll conducted by YouGov in Britain, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Denmark, and Sweden, they posed the question, who should win the U.S. election? The results show that even in the ‘closest’ poll, Biden still had a 58% preference over Trump with 20% (Italy).

Within the rest of the article, YouGov asked questions about Trump’s performance and what Biden’s performance could look like. Europeans favor the Democratic candidate. The election is only six days away, and the world is anxiously awaiting the results. If you haven’t already, make sure to go out and vote this election; your vote matters.
