Lionsgate Drops New ‘Chaos Walking’ Posters and Shares Trailer Release Date
Daisy Ridley and Tom Holland are teaming up for the new sci-fi action thriller, Chaos Walking.
Chaos Walking stems from the book written by Patrick Ness and is set in a dystopian future. This young adult book series explores a world where an infection killed all the women and the remaining men can hear the thoughts of everyone around them. Holland will take on the role of Todd Hewitt, the protagonist, who is about to become a man in his society. Before this happens, he must flee his town to escape danger, where he meets Ridley’s character, Viola Eade.
Three new official posters have been released for the film. They capture Ridley and Holland against an ethereal background and the tag, “No One Escapes the Noise,” refers to the illness in which everyone can hear each other’s thoughts.

The official film trailer drops tomorrow, November 19, on IGN at 6 AM PT/9 AM ET. In preparation, a small teaser trailer has been released, showing Todd as he meets Viola for the first time. Some other familiar faces in this teaser include Mads Mikkelsen, Nick Jonas, and Cynthia Erivo.

This will be Ridley’s first major motion picture since Star Wars: Episode IX Rise of Skywalker. Holland’s most recent film was The Devil All The Time on Netflix, which received a lot of praise.
