It has just been announced that the second special episode of Euphoria will premiere on January 24, and this time we’ll see things from Jules’ perspective.

Last month it was announced that two new special episodes of Euphoria were coming to keep us engaged while we wait for the second season to air. The news excited fans who had been itching to see the show again after the first season’s finale.

The first special episode premiered on Sunday, and it centered around Rue as she and Ali sat in a diner on Christmas day in one of Euphoria‘s most raw and emotional episodes yet. The two discussed her addiction and heartbreak after Jules took off and left her at the train station.

The second special episode is titled “F*** Anyone Who’s Not A Sea Blob,” and it will focus on Jules around Christmastime. Hunter Schafer, who plays Jules, co-wrote and co-executive produced the episode.

Fans are excited that the special has finally gotten a release date, but they don’t know how they can possibly wait over a month to see it. “Jules” instantly trended on Twitter following the news as many debated their views on the character.

Some feel that Jules is selfish for the way she’s treated Rue, but many argue that Jules has had her own struggles and doesn’t deserve the backlash she’s gotten. We’ve also only gotten the chance to view their relationship from Rue’s perspective, so fans are excited to finally see things from Jules’ point of view.

Even though we’re all growing impatient as we wait for a new season, we’re grateful to get these two new episodes. You can catch “Part 2: Jules” of Euphoria‘s special episodes on January 24 on HBO and HBO Max. In the meantime, be sure to have your tissues ready as you stream “Part 1: Rue.”
