Netflix Drops the Trailer for Ariana Grande’s Sweetener World Tour Movie ‘#excusemeiloveyou’

Pop singer and actress Ariana Grande is releasing a movie of her Sweetener world tour in 2019 called #excusemeiloveyou, and Netflix surprised fans by releasing the trailer today.

The documentary about Grande’s world tour will depict her performances around the globe of music from her fourth studio album, Sweetener, released in 2018. Popular songs from the album include “Sweetener,” “Successful,” “God is a Woman,” “R.E.M.,” and “No Tears Left to Cry.” Grande announced the release of the documentary just two days ago, and today, Netflix released the trailer for the film, and everyone is beyond excited.

The queen of pop has been at the top of the charts lately following the release of her sixth studio album, Positions, which features songs including “34+35,” “Positions,” “Love Language,” and “Obvious.” Grande also recently made headlines as she sang a remix of Mariah Carey’s “Oh Santa!” with Carey and Jennifer Hudson for Carey’s new Christmas Special on Apple TV+. As if she hadn’t given her fans enough, Grande made the announcement about her next venture in film on her Twitter.

#excusemeiloveyou will be available to stream just in time for Christmas on December 21. The trailer features behind-the-scenes moments with the singer prior to performing and also shows clips of her singing. The trailer features the track “7 Rings,” from her subsequent album, thank u, next. Fans will get to see Grande rehearse, have fun with her dancers, and inspire audiences all over the globe.

Fans were ecstatic when the news of the film’s release came out and they voiced their excitement on Twitter. Many are counting down the days until #excusemeiloveyou‘s release.
