Corrin was an unknown actress when she was cast for the role of Princess Diana. In fact, she had just finished school at Cambridge University when productions began. Corrin was nominated for the category along with four other actresses. Oliva Coleman, Jodie Comer, Laura Linney, and Sarah Paulson were all nominated alongside Corrin for Best Actress in a Television Series – Drama. Corrin does an impeccable job as Princess Diana in the Netflix series and was very deserving of taking home the win in this category. We are so excited for the show The Crown as the show won four out of the six categories it was nominated for.
