Doja Cat has teased her upcoming album titled Planet Her for the Best New Artist campaign for Spotify.

Singer-songwriter Doja Cat has announced her third studio album is in the works. In the twelve-second clip, Doja Cat asks “What’s next for me? Planet Her is next for me. That’s pretty much it. I can’t get into it. That’s all you need to know. Hashtag Planet Her 2021 and hopefully forever. Love you, bye.”

The 25-year-old singer is nominated for Best New Artist at the Grammys that will be airing on March 14. Doja Cat is up against Ingrid Andress, Phoebe Bridgers, Chika, Noah Cyrus, D Smoke, Kaytranada, and Megan Thee Stallion. Megan is a former collaborator of Doja’s, as the two appeared on the “34+35” remix off Ariana Grande’s album Positions.

Planet Her will be a follow-up album to 2019’s Hot Pink. Doja Cat rallied hit after hit off that album. Some of the hit songs off the album include “Rules,” “Say So,” “Streets,” and “Talk Dirty.”

Fans have taken to social media to reveal their excitement for a new Doja Cat era. Doja Cat’s stylist Brett Alan Nelson took to social media to share his desire to go to Planet Her ASAP.

Doja Cat has not revealed much about the new era but fans should be on the lookout. You can keep up with Doja Cat through her Instagram and Twitter as well as stream her previous album Hot Pink on Spotify and Apple Music.
