New York-Based Rawmantic Chocolate Protein Bars Are Gluten and Dairy-Free

Founder, Kasia Bosne’s, Rawmantic Chocolate Protein Bars have sugar-free, nut-free, and vegan options. Rawmantic Chocolate is a New York-based company. Their chocolate & energy protein bars are available in health food stores, cafes, universities, and golf clubs across the nation. 

The Rawmantic Chocolate Protein Bars come in nine flavors: Dark Raw Chocolate, Vegan Vanilla, Vanilla, Nut-free, Coconut, Matcha, Fitness sugar-free, Carob Vegan, and Mixed Berry. All bars come in packs of six for $30.

They also have mini bars of these flavors that are individually priced at $3 each. The Rawmantic Fitness sugar-free protein mini bars also have a pack of five which is $15.

Rawmantic Chocolate sells energy balls and dehydrated granola as well. The Rawmantic Energy Balls and Dehydrated Granola contain the same ingredients of raw organic almonds, walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, organic puffed quinoa, millet, buckwheat, and soluble tapioca fiber.

According to the Rawmantic Chocolate website, the bars are “100% plant based, fair-trade, dairy-free, lactose-free, gluten-free.” They’re made with “no preservatives, no artificial flavors, NON-GMO, and no coloring added.” All bars have a melting point of 80 degrees Fahrenheit and should be refrigerated. The bars have a shelf life of one year.

Bosne is a first-generation Polish immigrant. She gained experience in the fashion industry when she opened Boutiqueon57 in New York City. In an interview with WE RULE, a platform for women’s business founders, Bosne described the store as a “women’s luxury overstock shopping paradise.” She also stated, “I made several mistakes, but they always ended up to be the best lesson for me to reevaluate, pick myself up, and imply necessary changes and get back on the “horse”. I love what I do, and I am very involved in every aspect of my business. This is the only way to truly understand it, and grow with it.”

Rawmantic Chocolate Protein Bars are available online and will be available at Whole Foods in New York this Fall.
