Rosé joined Kelly on the show via video call to take part in a Q&A to answer questions sent in by fans. The conversation included discussion of Rosé’s childhood growing up in Australia, talks of her road trip playlist, and answering fan questions about everything from her music to her dog, Hank.

Rosé’s interview with Kelly was the show’s first interview with a female k-pop soloist. Clarkson announced Rosé’s appearance by listing off some of her major accomplishments since releasing her solo single, “On The Ground.” Clarkson states that Rosé is “one of the hottest k-pop stars on the planet right now,” also mentioning, “her first solo track “On the Ground” has topped the iTunes charts in more than 50 countries.” Blinks are sharing their gratitude for Clarkson on Twitter for showcasing Rosé’s influence.

The Kelly Clarkson Show also shared a bonus clip of Rosé taking a ‘virtual selfie’ with Clarkson, after admitting to being a big fan of her music. The clip was posted on the talk show’s social media ahead of the episode airing.

Rosé’s “On The Ground” is available now for streaming on most streaming platforms. Listen now on Spotify and Apple Music.
