K-Pop Group SuperM Release New Single ‘We Do’ in Collaboration With Prudential Corporation Asia
K-pop supergroup SuperM has teamed up with Prudential Corporation Asia to release a new campaign single “We Do.” The song was released on Friday, April 9 alongside a colorful, dance-filled music video. The collaboration is part of Prudential’s campaign for health and wellness.
The cheerful music video premiered at 7:30 pm KST on Friday and has gained a tremendous amount of views as well as reaching #17 trending on YouTube in the United States. The dance-pop song has a futuristic disco sound and the music video follows along with that theme. Aside from the well-choreographed dance moves, the band members are seen flaunting bright-colored outfits, a few members sporting vibrant hair colors, as well.
The video begins in an empty, bright laundromat and continues with the band dancing in a room colored pink and blue, adding to the nostalgic but futuristic theme. By the end of the video, the seven members are seen on the rooftop of a building, surrounded by a purple-lit city skyline and bright pink, purple, and blue fireworks. The entire video encompasses the fun, up-beat disco energy.

SM Entertainment, the boy band’s entertainment company, shared a tweet stating “the song was designed to spread positive energy by placing importance not only on physical health but also mental health.” Fans are not only loving the single but the message behind it as well. Tweets of excitement have been shared throughout the day for the single after counting down to the release with the countless amounts of teaser videos and Tweets the band has shared leading up to the release.
