Sunday Riley Releases a Spot Treatment Aimed at Preventing Blemishes
The newest addition to the Sunday Riley acne-fighting collection is the Saturn Sulfur Spot Treatment Mask that will help clear up acne while preventing any burgeoning blemishes. The mask includes ingredients that remove dead skin cells and pulls out impurities and sebum.
Formulated with sulfur, the mask removes excess sebum as a way of balancing the skin. The product uses volcanic ash-rich clay, known as bentonite clay, to absorb dirt and the extra oil on the skin. Zinc P.C.A. acts as a scale to balance the skin’s oil levels. The tea tree and manuka oils work together to decongest the skin, while niacinamide promotes clearer skin.
After thoroughly cleansing the skin, users should apply the Saturn Sulfer Spot Treatment Mask to the areas of the skin most affected by acne breakouts and blemishes. After the mask dries down, users can remove the product with warm water.
While the spot treatment mask is safe enough to use multiple times a week as needed, users might require extra hydration. Sunday Riley recommends users who feel dry after use should follow the mask with its U.F.O. Acne Treatment Face Oil or Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream.
The Saturn Sulfer Spot Treatment Mask retails for $20.00 on Sunday Riley’s website and comes in a green, sustainable tube with 0.5 fl oz of product. While the mask is the only member of Sunday Riley’s Saturn collection, the company does offer the cruelty-free product in an All About Acne Kit that retails for $95. Included in the kit are the Ceramic Slip Cleanser, Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment, U.F.O. Ultra-clarifying Face Oil, A+ High-Dose Retinoid Serum, and Saturn Sulfur Spot Treatment.
