Jaden Smith Has Exciting News About a New Restaurant That Will Feed Homeless
Jaden Smith has a plan to open a 24-hour restaurant focusing on feed homeless people. He aims to provide free food for anyone who needs it.
Jaden Smith’s idea is a brick-and-mortar form of his food truck program I Love You food. The truck serves free vegan bowls. It is located in the LA district Skid Row, which is known for having numerous homeless people.
The food truck launched around two years ago when Smith turned 21. So, now he is taking the initiative to start a restaurant with the same purpose as the truck.
Imitating the same food style as the truck, Smith’s restaurant will also offer free vegan food.

If you are not homeless, you will pay for the food at an additional price to help with the cost. Furthermore, Smith told Variety, “But if you’re not homeless, not only do you have to pay, but you have to pay for more than the food’s worth so that you can pay for the person behind you.”
Smith is already very involved with environmental issues. Water Box is one of Smith’s many projects, creating a biodegradable water bottle brand. This organization also brings clean water to those deprived of it. Also, as the food truck had to adapt to the pandemic, Smith sent care packages with food, masks, clothes, and hand sanitizer to Skid Row.
Smith was recently featured in the New Balance’s We Got Now video campaign along with athletes Kawhi Leonard, Sydney McLaughlin, Coco Gauff, Sadio Mane, Tiago Lemos, and Margie Dida. The campaign’s purpose is to bring a difference to the world.
