Global K-pop sensation BTS makes another musical presentation on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. This time, the seven members perform their newest all-English single “Butter” which has already evolved into a record hit.

On May 26, iconic boy band BTS danced into twilight on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. The virtual performance, featuring RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, showed an elegant theme of their song “Butter.” Fans claim this extravagant, gold look to be similar to The Great Gatsby– a timeless tale of youthful romance, grit, and desire. Within seconds, fans took to Twitter to share thoughts, theories, and encouragement for the artists.

Before the musical appearance, BTS introduced more fun hand gestures, as the boys previously popularized finger hearts which signify love and affection. Being silly, a few of the hand signals include a person on a pogo stick, a piece of pizza, and the Double Bunny.

“Everybody knows this one which is giving a person bunny ears,” V says, holding up two fingers behind Jungkook. “It’s cute. But this is called the Double Bunny,” he mentions again, this time holding up four fingers. “It’s stronger, more powerful, and dangerous. Beware of the Double Bunny. Fear the Double Bunny.”

These days, BTS is preparing for future “Butter” performances as well as their anniversary, Festa, in which the boys spend time interacting with fans. Until the festivity announcements are declared, be sure to stop by McDonald’s for the group’s BTS-themed meal. The special arrangement includes a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, a medium fry, a medium Coca-Cola, and Korean-inspired Sweet Chili and Cajun dipping sauces.
