Trigger Warning: This story features descriptions of alleged sexual assault.

An anonymous woman is suing Diplo for sexual assault, and the woman says he forced her to perform oral sex and recorded it. This accusation is the second sexual assault allegation against the DJ.

Diplo allegedly forced a woman into performing oral sex and recorded the act without her consent. This accusation is the second one against the DJ for the same crime, and the first woman was Diplo’s ex-girlfriend Shelly Auguste. But, Diplo’s attorney denied this allegation, calling the lawsuit “shakedown.” Also, he claims that both accusations are very similar and that both women are friends.

According to TMZ, the plaintiff states that Diplo invited her for an after-party in 2019, following his Vegas concert. The woman claims she and her friends attended the party, where she was already intoxicated after drinking at the show. During the party, she says that Diplo gave her and the other guests more weed and alcohol.

Later, the supposed victim divulged that the electronic musician asked her to go to his private room, so he kicked out all of her friends. There, she shares that he forced her to perform oral sex. Otherwise, he would not let her leave. While on the act, the woman believes Diplo filmed it without her consent, and she admits not being fit to consent even the sexual act. Now, she is suing Thomas Wesley Pentz, Diplo’s real name, for damages.

Shelly Auguste, the first woman to sue Diplo, filed a sexual battery lawsuit in June, claiming that after a 2019 Las Vegas concert, he coerced her into sex. And affirms he filmed the encounter without her consent. Auguste first accused Diplo in November 2020 of spreading revenge porn of her.

However, Diplo’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, affirms a connection between the women who accused the musician of sexual assault.

Freedman stated that “This complaint is completely outrageous, wildly untrue and yet also entirely predictable, given that it simply repeats the exact same claim already made by the plaintiff’s friend Shelly Auguste.” He added, “We have irrefutable evidence that this is a completely meritless claim, and we will be providing it to a court as quickly as we possibly can to put an end to this shakedown by Ms. Auguste and her accomplices once and for all.”

In light of those sexual assaults claims, the Baltimore Orioles canceled Diplo’s post-game concert on July 24.
